Based on recent customer conversations, there is a real split in the marketplace, with many stakeholders stating the need for more reliable & safer products – this was very much in evidence at the recent Lux show & something that is hard to argue against – however this is not easily reconciled with the continued market pressure on pricing, with this being the most significant influencing factor for many.
With this in mind, I am very pleased that we have been able to elevate our EternaPro offer over the last 12 months, with a massive increase in the number of products whilst remaining competitive. We have increased the number of options and are continually focussed on improving quality. This is all backed up with a more customer friendly 5 year warranty policy and added value support.
It is hard to ignore the price/value driven market sector, so we are launching EternaEco this month as our 2nd tier offer. A targeted range of fast moving quality LED products that offer great value & are not burdened with the cost of added value services or features. These will not be the cheapest products on the market however, as that would necessitate us compromising on our quality standards.
This two tier approach offers our customers both choice, in terms of the product and also the service/support needed. To further simplify our offer, we have reviewed our delivery conditions with all orders delivered on the next working day and reduced our carriage paid order requirement to £150 – see back page of the Insight download below.
Towards the end of 2017, Eterna entered the world of social media, with Facebook and Twitter accounts now active. Please check them out as we will increasingly be posting here. It will take time to get traction but already we have had invaluable feedback from our customers highlighting specific issues that we might not have known before, that has allowed us to improve our offer.
