Hard to believe I am already writing the last message of the year, especially when some good weather has returned and it is unseasonably balmy as I write.
Hopefully by now you will have seen our new catalogue, which based on customer feedback has been re-formatted to make it easier to use and is also packed with a substantial number of exciting new products that are coming to you this season.
During 2018, we have continued to increase our brand awareness and improve our customer proposition through a number of initiatives this year; the launch of EternaEco LED range, enhanced product warranties, launch of battery replacement service on emergency products, introducing innovative sell out tools such as the batten box and placing adverts/copy in the trade press in H2.
The market continues to be challenging, but we believe by offering good value, reliable products and supporting this with a high level of service, integrity and support that we will continue to prosper as we enter 2019. I would like to give everyone my best wishes for the season and thank you all for your support.
