• To enter the Prize Draw, Eterna account customers must submit a minimum order of £1,000.00 (excl. VAT) against a Lighting Design supplied by Eterna. Orders must be submitted between 1^st November 2018 and 31^st December 2018. The Lighting Design can be a design from any time period. Orders submitted must include the Lighting Design Reference code which will start LIGA
• This draw is open to residents of England, Wales & Scotland aged 18 or over and excludes employees and their immediate families of Eterna Lighting Limited, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this offer.
• The Draw will take place within 10 working days of the end of the qualifying period.
• 3 separate winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
• The winners will be contacted by the phone & email. If the winner is not contactable and/or does not acknowledge the email within 5 working days, their prize will become void and Eterna will re-run the draw process and select a replacement winner.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to gain permission from his/her employer before accepting this prize. If participation falls outside of the winner’s Company policy, then the draw will be re-run.
• The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Eterna’s reasonable request.
